So after the first 12 weeks of the fantasy football season have passed, we have a much clearer picture of the playoffs and which teams will make the cut. Due to the extra game being added to the NFL season starting this year (2021), most leagues will continue the regular season until the conclusion of Week 14 - which allows for only two more weeks of games to impact the playoff standings. This week, your hosts Dave & Jason will discuss key injuries and fill-ins as well as playoff picks with upside to roster and start over the final games of the season. Championship or bust, right? Take a look at the rankings from any particular fantasy football site and you will see a wide variance from expert to expert. One of the more interesting things that FantasyPros.com has set up is their Expert Consensus Ranking (ECR) that creates an averaged weekly ranking for all players based on a wide range of experts' opinions. Your hosts Jason and Dave will examine some of the players with the biggest differentials between the ECR and drinkfive.com rankings and analyze why that may be the case. We will also go over this week's Statistically Insignificant stats, which are not only fun but occasionally spark good related conversation and insights about the players and teams in the NFL.
