This week, Troy Maples joined us, straight from the NFL experience in London. We discussed injuries and headlines for Week 4 (This Is Atlanta!). We dove into our weekly trends and had a new tweak on how we decided on what lines to bet. Finally, we touched on our waiver recommendations, but you should go read Jim's article for further details.

A ton of great beers joined Jason and I for the podcast this evening. We discussed a number of topics (news, injuries, waiver wire pickups, etc), but the introduction of player trends into our weekly discussions is the main focus of this episode.

This week we finished off the Scotch.. oh yeah, and also had a great podcast where we went in-depth about a lot of the players with injury or on-the-field concerns and what you should do with them. Also covered waiver wire pickups for week 2 and some new columns on drinkfive.com - the beer of choice for the evening was World's End IPA by Emmet's in Palatine, IL, a local place for us here at the studio. Grab yourself a beer and listen in!

We're taking a really long look at the top 20 RBs and top 30 WRs for the 2016 NFL season.. specifically, what opportunities do they have in their current situations and will their production this year be going up, or not? In other words, we're doing our best to pick out the most undervalued and overvalued players to help you with the tough decisions.. those all-important first few rounds of your fantasy drafts. The preseason carries on and this week we're here to talk about all of the rookies that are going to be relevant in either dynasty or redraft leagues this year. Regular contributors Shawn Foss and Mike Mocerino lent their expertise (and beers) to this week's show and did a good job filling the big shoes of Dave, who - don't worry - will be returning next week.

The preseason is rolling now and while this doesn't count for the real NFL teams, it's draft season for the fake teams, and that really counts. This week we took a look at the NFC's offseason moves and where people have moved on the fantasy radar. Make sure to also check out last week's AFC breakdown.

Fantasy Football Podcast
The Fantasy Finish Line Podcast has been chugging along for a few years now, still operating with its original hosts - David Biggs and Jason Evans. This 45-60 minute weekly program airs leading up to and during the NFL regular season (when fantasy happens) with some special broadcasts throughout the year. Whether you need to dish on draft strategy before the season starts or just need some advice on who to pick up from the waiver wire, our fantasy football show will help you through the tough times and onto the trophy!
Retrospectical Podcast
The Universe is huge and we are small. Not much we can do about that. What we can do, however, is to try to make sense of all the things around us. Too many things are just taken for granted when instead we should be searching for deeper understanding and meaning. Or not. Either way, it is the goal of the Retrospectical Podcast to shed some light on topics that have more under the surface than you may be aware of. From the history and evolution of television to drones and alternative currencies, we'll explore a wide-range of topics and surely get off on some wacky tangents but ultimately be better off for it. That's the idea, anyway!
TV Soup Podcast
The hosts of the TV Soup Podcast, Jason Evans and David Biggs, have both long been immersed in media and technology but their hopeless addiction to modern television series has been a somewhat recent development. With the advent of shows like Dexter, Breaking Bad, Sherlock and Game of Thrones, television has grown up quickly to the point where we would now rather be blowing through TV series than going out to a movie in most cases! We'll be jumping from one series to another, doing reviews and providing weekly commentary along the way on this 30-minute weekly broadcast.
