The NFC East division includes the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Redskins. While the Cowboys had an impressive season at 12-4 but were knocked out of the playoffs by the Green Bay Packers, the Redskins were unable to turn their acquisition of new WR1 Desean Jackson into a winning record and fell to a dismal 4-12 record. On this week's podcast, we go through the off-season moves of each of those teams and break down their fantasy implications. Which guys will capitalize and which will suffer?

Only one division left to review, and that's the AFC South which we'll go over in detail on the next podcast (8/4/15). It's still the off-season, but we're really looking forward to kicking off the 2015 season with some draft shows - getting specific with strategies and honest advice on who the top performers at each position will be (and who will bust!). On this episode of the ever-evolving Retrospectical Podcast, we dive into conspiracy theories - specifically more modern conspiracy theories - such as the disappearance of Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 and the rise of the anti-vaccination movement. We also check out some of the creepiest conspiracies ever and look into some conspiracies that were actually proven to be true! Sure, most conspiracy theories are the result of someone's overactive imagination - but I have always believed that it's important to be skeptical and look into everything around you! Tune in to the broadcast and feel free to leave your thoughts as a comment!

The NFC South division includes the New Orleans Saints, Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons. Last year, the NFC South performed very poorly in general, but we think that recent transactions have improved some teams. On this week's podcast, we go through the off-season moves of each of those teams and break down their fantasy implications. Which guys will capitalize and which will suffer? Jason and I will give you some names to keep in mind for your fantasy drafts and others that you should avoid. Check it out!

On this installment of the Retrospectical Podcast, Dave and I delve into the movement to legalize marijuana in the United States. Cannabis prohibition goes back a ways, and there's been an almost ongoing fight since the 70's to try and reverse that trend. We looked at the history of prohibition as well as some of the issues that are caught up in the debate, like industrial hemp and publishing magnate conspiracies. We were joined by Allen St. Pierre, the Executive Director of NORML (National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws) to shed some light on some of what's currently going on.
(Retrospectical Podcast Ep 13 - Legalizing Marijuana in the United States)
We would like to thank Allen again for being so gracious with his time and wish him and NORML all the luck in the world in their quest for sane marijuana laws. For some extra viewing, check out a few of the things we mentioned:
Dr. Sanjay Gupta's excellent CNN Special Report: Weed (also check out Weed 2 and Weed 3)
Evergreen: The Road to Legalization (available on Netflix)
And for a few chuckles, check out Reefer Madness from 1936.

We're back to the fantasy football podcast again this week. This time, we take a spin around the NFC North. We start our trip in Green Bay, discussing all the fantasy awesomeness to be had there. Then we look at the Lions and try and figure out if they're better this year or not.
Listen to the Fantasy Football Podcast: 6/9/15, NFC North Spotlight
We looked at all of the key additions and departures to all the teams. The Vikings get Adrian Peterson back, which isn't technically an addition, but it will certainly make a difference! Finally, we finish off in our hometown and talk about the Bears. The new regime has tried to put their stamp on this team, but they're still handcuffed with the same old QB. Can they succeed?
Update: Dave and I did manage to decide on a bet. He'll be taking Eddie Lacy and I'll take Adrian Peterson for season long points. We're wagering pizza!

Welcome to the TV Soup podcast, home of drinkfive.com’s television review series. In this episode we share our thoughts about the season finale, "Daredevil". Since the show has already been renewed for another season, we're already looking forward to new episodes! A great finale, there are still quite a few questions that remain unanswered and leave the viewer wanting more. Check out the podcast to hear exactly what we thought about it!
TV Soup Podcast: Daredevil, "Daredevil" Review

Welcome to the TV Soup podcast, home of drinkfive.com’s television review series. In this episode we continue our discussion of Netflix's Daredevil with episodes 11 & 12, "The Path of the Righteous" and "The Ones We Leave Behind". From the very beginning of the series, we've known that there was something special here; these last few episodes that lead up to the season finale only serve to prove more of the same. Actions of Karen's show us that there is more to her than we may know, some major characters make quick departures from the show and everything leads up to the big confrontation between Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk. Can't wait to wrap up this excellent series next week!
TV Soup Podcast: Daredevil, "The Path of the Righteous" & "The Ones We Leave Behind" Review
Just as a reminder, we're going through this series 2 episodes at a time so there are only a few weeks left before we move on to something else. We would highly recommend that you watch Daredevil in a similar fashion, since the whole thing plays out more like a movie than a TV series. Although there are a few gaffs that always come with a show based on a comic book, Daredevil has been put together pretty flawlessly in our professional opinions and we're looking forward to breaking down the rest of the episodes in the series leading up to the finale.

On tonight's episode, we discuss cloning and its impacts when it comes to humans. We talk about a bunch of different aspects of cloning, from clones in movies & tv, cloning animals and the history of cloning. We talk about a few famous clones, like Dolly the sheep and Second Chance, a brahman bull.
(Retrospectical Podcast Ep. 12 - Are Human Clones an Eventuality?)
There are lots of pros and cons for cloning for the benefit of humans, or just cloning an entire human. We meander through the topic, and even touch on the bizarre story of David Rorvik, who wrote a book claiming a human had been cloned.
Fantasy Football Podcast
The Fantasy Finish Line Podcast has been chugging along for a few years now, still operating with its original hosts - David Biggs and Jason Evans. This 45-60 minute weekly program airs leading up to and during the NFL regular season (when fantasy happens) with some special broadcasts throughout the year. Whether you need to dish on draft strategy before the season starts or just need some advice on who to pick up from the waiver wire, our fantasy football show will help you through the tough times and onto the trophy!
Retrospectical Podcast
The Universe is huge and we are small. Not much we can do about that. What we can do, however, is to try to make sense of all the things around us. Too many things are just taken for granted when instead we should be searching for deeper understanding and meaning. Or not. Either way, it is the goal of the Retrospectical Podcast to shed some light on topics that have more under the surface than you may be aware of. From the history and evolution of television to drones and alternative currencies, we'll explore a wide-range of topics and surely get off on some wacky tangents but ultimately be better off for it. That's the idea, anyway!
TV Soup Podcast
The hosts of the TV Soup Podcast, Jason Evans and David Biggs, have both long been immersed in media and technology but their hopeless addiction to modern television series has been a somewhat recent development. With the advent of shows like Dexter, Breaking Bad, Sherlock and Game of Thrones, television has grown up quickly to the point where we would now rather be blowing through TV series than going out to a movie in most cases! We'll be jumping from one series to another, doing reviews and providing weekly commentary along the way on this 30-minute weekly broadcast.
